Old Forge School Board Seeks Applications for Board Vacancy

The Old Forge School District Board of Directors invites interested community members to apply for a vacancy on the School Board for a term set to expire December 1, 2025. An applicant will be appointed by the Board of Directors at the October 10, 2024 regular meeting of the Board.

Applicants must live within Old Forge School District boundaries and have all taxes paid (or be in the dispute or resolution process). Interested parties should submit a resume, letter of interest, and statement of financial interest to Board Secretary Jenna Shotwell at jenna.shotwell@ofsd.cc by 12:00 PM on Friday, October 4, 2024. 

At the October 10th meeting, candidates will be offered five (5) minutes to make a public statement and will be publicly interviewed by the Board.
