Free & Reduced Lunch

The Old Forge School District participates in the Federal Free and Reduced Lunch Program. To determine eligibility for this program, you need to apply each year. To apply for the free/reduced lunch program please create an account in School Cafe, or sign into your School Cafe account and click “Apply for Benefits”.  The district will receive all applications through the “School Cafe” portal.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
