Dear Old Forge Community,

I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the new Superintendent of the Old Forge School District. I will be in an acting capacity until June 30th and I will then begin full time on July 1st. It is a privilege to continue to serve such a dedicated and vibrant community in this new role, and I look forward to working together to continue the tradition of excellence that characterizes our district.

As a longtime member of the Old Forge School District family, I am deeply committed to our students' success and well-being. Over the past 17 years, I have had the privilege of serving in various roles within the district, from teacher to principal to Compliance Officer. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on our district's strengths and areas for growth, and I am eager to leverage this knowledge to further enhance our students' educational experience.

One of my key priorities as Superintendent will be to continue fostering a culture of academic excellence in our schools. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and I am committed to providing them with the support and resources they need to thrive. Additionally, I will work tirelessly to ensure that our schools remain safe, inclusive, and welcoming environments for all students, staff, and families.

I am also committed to open and transparent communication with our community. I believe that strong partnerships between schools and families are essential for student success, and I am dedicated to keeping you informed and involved in our district's decision-making processes.
